What happens next

Reply within 24 hours on working days.We confirm size, material, finish and price, and ask if anything is unclear.
Artwork for your approval.We send a colour draft, then the vector proof with Pantone colours.Nothing is made until you approve it.
Sample in 7 days.A pre-production sample, photographed or shipped to you for approval.
Finished goods in 14 days.Counted from the day after your deposit, sample included. Mass production starts after sample approval, then we ship.

Design fee: USD 100 per design, credited against your order
Mould fee: RMB 3,000 per design, charged once; we keep the mould for repeat orders
Payment: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. Lead times start the day after we receive your deposit.
