We do not show customer designs or products in our catalogue, website, trade shows or social media without your permission. If you need it in writing, we sign an NDA on request before you send files.
If you resell to your own clients, private-label packaging and neutral cartons mean the end customer sees your brand only.
You must own or have a licence for any logo, character or design you ask us to produce, or use original artwork. The same applies to police, security and other official badges: you confirm you are entitled to use the insignia.
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001. Inspectors check each batch against the sample and artwork you approved before it is packed.

With OEM you provide the design and we produce it. With ODM you give us a brief and our team develops the design, then produces it. Both go through the same artwork approval, sampling and quality checks.
