Our minimum order is 100 pieces per design. Larger quantities lower the unit price because the die or mould cost is spread over more pieces.

Tell us the product type, quantity, approximate size in millimetres, your logo or design idea, and the delivery country. If you know the material, craft and finish you want, include those too. A rough sketch is enough to start.

We reply within 24 hours on working days. If we need more detail on size, colours or attachments, we will ask before quoting so the price you receive is the price you pay.

No. Unit price depends on size, material, craft, number of colours, finish, attachments, packaging and quantity, so every order is quoted individually. Send your details and we will price your exact design.

Yes. After you approve the vector artwork and pay the deposit, a pre-production sample takes 7 days. The sample fee is charged per sample based on your unit quote. Mass production starts once you approve the sample.

Yes. The mould fee is RMB 3,000 per design, charged once; we keep the mould for repeat orders. Repeat orders of the same design do not pay it again.

Yes. We produce OEM and ODM orders for brands, distributors and trading companies, including your own packaging and labels. See our OEM & ODM page for how we handle private-label orders.

No. Our designers prepare the colour draft and the production vector artwork. The design fee is USD 100 per design and is credited against your order when you go ahead. If you already have production-ready vector artwork, send it and we will confirm whether any design work is needed.

Vector files are best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. We also accept PNG and JPG for logos and references, and our designers will redraw them as vector artwork for production.

Yes. You approve two files before anything is made: first the colour design draft, then the vector artwork with Pantone colours and plating notes. No die is cut until you approve the vector artwork in writing.

Yes. Enamel colours are mixed to the Pantone references on your approved artwork. Enamel is a different material from printed ink, so very bright or neon shades can look slightly different; we will point these out at the proof stage.

Lead times start the day after we receive your deposit. The sample is ready in 7 days, and finished goods in 14 days in total, sample included. Time taken to approve the sample is added. Add shipping time on top: air freight is faster, sea freight is cheaper for heavy orders.

In soft enamel, colour sits below the raised metal lines, so you can feel the texture. In hard enamel, colour is filled level with the metal and polished smooth. Soft enamel costs less and suits event medals and pins; hard enamel gives a jewellery-grade finish for awards and badges.

Zinc alloy, brass, copper, iron, stainless steel and aluminium. Zinc alloy is die-cast for 3D shapes and cut-outs; brass and copper are die-struck for crisp detail; iron keeps cost down on flat designs.

Yes. We make custom sublimated or woven medal ribbons and packaging from poly bags to velvet, leather, wooden and printed boxes. Ribbons can be attached and pieces packed before shipping, and ribbons can also be ordered on their own.

Our factory runs an ISO 9001 quality system. Inspectors check colour, plating, edges, attachments and counts against the approved sample before packing.

Send us photos within 7 days of delivery. If the problem comes from our production, we either refund the affected pieces in full or remake them and ship the replacements to you at our cost.

50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. We send the balance invoice with photos of the finished goods before shipping.

We ship DDP by air, DDP by sea, CIF, EXW. With DDP we handle freight, customs clearance and import duties to your door. With CIF or EXW you can use your own forwarder.

Usually, if we start early enough. Tell us your event date when you ask for a quote and we will plan artwork approval, sampling, production and shipping backwards from that date and tell you the latest day you need to approve each step.

We make badges to your artwork, including police, security and other official-style insignia. You confirm that you are entitled to use the design and that the finished badges will be used lawfully. Responsibility for the design and for how the badges are used rests with you, as set out in our terms of sale.

Only if you own the intellectual property, hold a licence for it, or use original artwork. We may ask for the licence before production. We do not produce unlicensed copies of characters, logos or trademarks.
